Only Six Pakistani Milks Brands Are Safe For Consumption
In Pakistan dozens of brands are selling dairy products and milk, after a petition was filed in Supreme Court by Barrister Zafarullah Khan these brands came under breakdown.
After laboratory tests only 6 brands were found safe for human consumption by Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR). The tetra pak milk brands which were stated safe are:
Olpers
Nestle
Milk Pak
Good Milk
Day Fresh
Nurpur Original
These were the by yourself safe brands in the middle of UHT category. But UHT in itself is considered not healthy because this process of heating milk at high temperature and subsequently cooling it at utterly low temperatures kills beneficial nutrients along gone germs.
In pasteurization the milk is cross for a longer period but at a degrade temperature which means the microbes that are beneficial and enjoyable for our health remain in the milk.
