Architects from Japanese do Shimizu Corporation have meant a little city which is visceral called Ocean Spirals because of its design. The city can carry 5,000 people and will be able to fulfill all of their requirements.
Project Leader Masaki Takeuch said that the project will cost an earsplitting amount of $26 Billion and no one is ready to invest such a big amount along in the middle of there is no sudden threat. So the project is not sedated construction but it may take steps when.
